Mackerel

Sourced from the cold waters off the coast of Chile our canned jack mackerel is rich in vitamin B-12 as well as Omega 3 fatty acids. Jack mackerel is cleaned, (head and tail removed) and packed into can’s usually consisting of 3-4 fish per can. An excellent source of low cost protein.
